Where have we come from, and where are we now?

Biit was founded in 2007, as our current CEO Ikla Puustinen wanted to establish the first consulting company in Finland to specialize exclusively in Salesforce technologies. We have grown into a community of more than 60 people who help our clients develop and achieve their goals through technology and management by data.

Spring Break. Every spring, we travel abroad with the whole team. Spring Break, which has become a tradition within Biit, is a break from everyday life and a trip that is guaranteed to be remembered. 

Fuusball. “Hey, you got time for a game?” is a phrase you’re guaranteed to hear in our office practically every day. The process of inducting new employees includes a Fuusball match against our best players. It can be a daunting experience for some, as (according to tradition) losers have to crawl under the table.

Kick-off. Biit follows the philosophy of work hard, party hard, and our kick-offs live up to this philosophy. At our kick-off, there is always plenty of food and drinks to go around + a kick-ass program masterminded by our HR.

Our gang. We always want to give ourselves a lift when the opportunity arises. Throughout the year, we reward our successful co-workers in the most imaginable ways we can think of. We also use our own faces in our ads and in general we will give it our best to ensure you will enjoy working with us as much as possible.  

Our offices

Espoo

Biit’s head office is in Keilaniemi, Espoo, in modern premises right next to Keilaniemi metro station.

The spacious office, which opened in early 2020, has plenty of open workstations and soundproofed workspaces for quiet work. There is also a large break space for casual interactions, and it is also used for small events such as breakfasts, webinars and evening parties.

Oulu

Biit also has an office in Oulu, next to the old Toppila railway station. And if our Espoo office can be described as ultra-modern, our Oulu office is firmly rooted in tradition.

The office resides in a hundred-year-old log building, where you can warm your wool-socked feet at an old-fashioned fireplace in the winter. During the summer you can even try your luck at salmon fishing at the popular Hartaanselkä spot on the other side of the bridge.
